Our Story
Rapid Loup was founded in 2013 by a small team of security and AV technicians who were tired of seeing homeowners and businesses get sold equipment they didn't need, installed poorly, and then abandoned when something went wrong.
We started with a simple promise: every quote is fixed-price, every install is on schedule, and every customer gets a real human to call when they need help. Twelve years later, that hasn't changed.
Today we are a full-service security and AV integration company serving Surrey, Langley, Delta, White Rock, and the broader Lower Mainland. Our team has grown to eight full-time technicians and support staff — all local, all on payroll, all WSIB-covered.

Free site assessments with fixed-price quotes. If the right answer is "you don't need this," we'll tell you. Most of our work comes from word of mouth, not upsells.
Engineered, Not Boxed
We don't sell packages. Every system is designed around the specific property, the specific risk profile, and the specific budget — never a one-size-fits-all solution.
Long-Term Support
We provide unlimited technical support for the life of every system we install. Most of our revenue comes from existing clients and referrals — proof that support works.

Coordinates installations and ensures every project runs on schedule. Background in commercial AV integration.

Senior Security Technician
Specialist in commercial access control and enterprise CCTV. Hikvision and Axis certified installer.
Sarah Whittaker

Your first point of contact. Books site surveys, follows up after installs, and handles ongoing monitoring onboarding.
